Diamond's dream

Diamond had fallen fast asleep after crying over being rejected for her actions. Diamond Tiara awoke to find herself in a big blue peaceful place that made soft soothing melodies.

Diamond: What is this place? Some kind of ocean zone? Why am I in an ocean?

Just than a flash of images had appeared, they revealed her memories and the effects her mistakes had on other ponies.

Diamond: Am I dead?

Voice: No you are having a vivid dream.

Diamond: Wh- who's there? Where am I?

In a burst of light, a tall rose pink alicorn appeared, she was the most beautiful pony she had ever seen. The pony's eyes were tan gold and her mane was flowing with a mixture of pink, purple and yellow. The pony than began to speak, her voice was full of magic.

Pony: I am Princess Aurora, welcome to the sea of spirits Diamond Tiara.

Diamond: Sea of Spirits? How do you know my name?

Aurora: I know every pony, I am not just a princess but a goddess. I summoned you here because I know of your deeds.

Diamond: Are you going to beat me up on the fact that I bullied ponies? Go ahead, let me have it.

Aurora: No dear, I am a pony of love, I won't yell at you or punish you.

Diamond: Why not I deserve it.

Aurora: No one deserves to be mistreated not even the most unkind of creatures.

Diamond: So yeah I kind of bully ponies who are missing cutie marks.

Aurora: I know but my question is this, why do you do it?

Diamond: I don't know I guess I just see them as losers for not having cutie marks.

Aurora: All ponies did not have a cutie mark before dear.

Diamond: Yeah I know, I once didn't have a cutie mark, I was teased by the other ponies,
I decided to show them. When I did get my cutie mark, I felt strong, I than decided to unleash this new power by being mean to fillies without their cutie mark. Me and Silver Spoon, thought it was pretty cool.

Aurora: I see

Diamond: Now I know that I am a foal for being a bully, nobody likes me, even my father, he's too busy to pay any attention to me, I need more growing up to do.

Aurora: I'm sorry to hear that Diamond, know that you are special and don't need to be liked.

Diamond: I don't?

Aurora: No you have to learn to be more accepting of yourself and of others.

Diamond: But what about bullying? What about hatred?

Aurora: Everyone makes mistakes, nopony is perfect. Bullying and hatred are mistakes, big mistakes. Hatred is a toxic emotion that will cause more hurt to the hater than the hated.
But the magic of love and friendship will help to feel us up with more light and bring peace to our hearts and to the world.

Diamond: What about those who claim to hate me and bully me back?

Aurora: They will have consequences for their negativity and you should forgive them.

Diamond: Why should I?

Aurora: A way to break this vicious cycle is to learn forgiveness. Does it feel good to hate, does being angry feel good, does it really feel good to come to hate another creature?

Diamond: No, it does not.

Aurora gave Diamond a reassuring smile.

Diamond: Why do you care about me, how could you love me despite my deeds?

Aurora: It's like I said before, everyone makes mistakes, mistakes are all part of what makes you a person. I want you to know that I dislike your deeds but love you, I know that you are struggling with self importance and hatred. I would never show hypocrisy by being cold to you and bullying you back. What matters is the heart Diamond.

Diamond: But my heart is small.

Aurora: Your mistakes have gotten you here to believe this.

Diamond: But everything said about me is true, have you ever been bullied?

Aurora: Don't let this get to you dear, and yes I have been. I was bullied for being the smallest filly in my class. It made me feel bad and kind of angry, but instead of harboring hatred and anger, I learned to try understanding and compassion. My bullies were fighting a battle of their own. I didn't want to make the battle tougher and bring another chain of evil by bullying them back. I learned how love and friendship is the greatest magic of all.

Diamond: You really think I can change?

Aurora: Yes and I will guide you darling. I will act as your mother and best friend.
I will pour my light into you, but now you must wake up.

With that being said, Aurora gave Diamond a hug and faded away. Diamond woke up feeling refreshed, it was morning. Diamond had a lot on her plate.
